New alphas (4100), summary
- Since Mid-March, the system appears to be in the much better shape
- The machine is pretty fast (the same job runs 3-5 times faster on 4100 than on our SP2 (16 thin 390 nodes))
- The foreseen RMC upgrade (from 1.4 to 1.5) may only increase the gap (30 MB/sec to 60 MB/sec)
