FAST MONITORS TEST
------------------

1. Start ACS and CPP Container "bilboContainer".
2. Set power supply PBEND_B_01.current to 100.0.
3. Create monitor for PBEND_B_01.readback.
4. Create monitor for PBUMP_B_01.readback.
5. Set both monitors set_time_trigger() to 100000 (10ms).
6. Observer both monitors values (using Trend chart).
   PBEND_B_01.readback should be always 100.0 and
   PBUMP_B_01.readback should be always   0.0.
