Mail sorting on the index screen

• Sorting the INBOX is a bad idea

  • New messages will not be appended but be inserted

• Change the way messages are sorted

  • $a sort ing by arrival (the default)
  • $z sort by size
  • $h sort by thread, related messages are displayed next to each other

• If only selected messages are displayed

  • z to display all messages (zoom out)
  • And z again to revert to the selected msgs
