This is working area for generating the ABMP15 and ABMP16 PDFs. All PDF sets 
have beta-status, i.e. might be still polished in future. Non-evident notations
are following:

....ext...   -- additional eigenvectors are added to allow
                more flexibility at small x  

....new...   -- new grid providing smoother x-shape of PDFs
  
....mt...    -- the eigenvector for mt(mt) added; the value of mt is varied
