LBL Server output files

Apart from the Beam status file which is discussed elsewhere, the LBL server in the course of operation produces two more output files :

  • a history file LBLPath/common/history/StatusHistory_DD_MM_YYYY.dat with a daywise renewal which is updated (appended) together with the Beam status file after any displacement operation. One line per finished operation giving the actual date/time and the actual positions of all axes is written. An example is given below.
  • an error documentation file LBLPath/common/errors/ErrorMess_DD_MM_YYYY.dat with also daywise renewal which is updated (appended) at any Warning or Error message send by the server to the GUI regardless whether the operator takes any action or not. An example is given below.

It is recommended to clean the directories from time to time.
