Because of prohibitive pricing, inclusion of coloured pages in the contribution is discouraged. From the contract with Elsevier:
"The cost for reproduction of coloured pages is as follows:
640 Euro for the first coloured page, 320 Euro per coloured page thereafter. These costs will be borne by the author(s) of the contribution in which the coloured pages appear." |
