Three tables described in paper "HQET at order1/m: I. Non-perturbative parameters in the quenched approximation", Appendix D. We give the coefficients \delta(a/L) for the quantities which enter the computation of the parameters \omega_1..5 according to the strategy described in the paper. So for example we give the tree level improvement coefficients only for \eta_3,4,5 (see eqs. B.4 and B.5). The uncertainties are typically on the last two digits at most. Only observables with non-vanishing delta are listed, in particular, note that all quantities which involve O_spin vanish identically at tree level.
