The Mathematica notebook contains the full mixing matrix for more than one quark flavours, both dynamic and partially quenched flavours. In the partially quenched case Nf is the the number of dynamic flavours. To obtain the basis diagonalising the mixing matrix to 1-loop and further to compute the 1-loop anomalous dimensions one only needs to choose the values for "Nfvalue", "Ncvalue" and "massless" as desired at the bottom of the notebook. Each row of "diagBasis" will then correspond to a linear combination of the non-diagonal basis forming an element of the diagonal basis. The corresponding operators of the non-diagonal basis are specified in "basis".
