inv_bo.c

A program to invert the byte-order of a configuration generated and exported
by the publicly available DD-HMC program of Martin Luescher.

The program should be recompiled on the machine where it is to be used.

For validation purposes the program lists the endianesses of the machine and
the input-file, the lattice size, the average plaquette and the real part of the
first component of the first link variable.

Usage:
 				inv_bo <input-file> <output-file>

Note: The layout/format of the data in the configuration is described in the
header of the file modules/misc/archive.c in the DD-HMC package.
