• New Policy: Cache blocks of large files should be recycled first.
• Method:
  • Categorize cache blocks into:
    • Category1: Blocks which are occupied by a file. + The number of these blocks exceeds a limit.
    • Category2: Others
  • When recycling is necessary, blocks of category1 are discarded first, then category2.
