LSF in NT

We haven’t installed LSF Version 3 in Unix yet, so some V3 features were new to us
No AFS support in NT (cf unix)
- AFS command line fails too
Instabilities
- perhaps due to sharing daemon binaries across farm
Be careful not to login as user who owns batch workers!
