Abstract

Network technologies such as JAVA, Microsoft Active-X may become
powerful tools to construct the distributed and scalable
data aquisition system. We have made a network-based small test
system which consists of two data taking modules, one recording module
and two analysis modules. These modules are run in independent nodes
and connected through network. We have also combined Microsoft Excel
to one of the analysis module by using network-based Microsoft
OLE-automation technique.
We will describe the functions of each module and scalabilities
of this test system and discuss the possibilities of the network
distributed data aquisition system.
